Welcome!

I am so glad you are here

-Kiana

Some of you are new, some of you have been with me for a while, but a hearty welcome to all of you! If you are brand new, you can read my official story and bio here. But that doesn’t include any of the fun stuff.

A bit about me:

Music has taken me some amazing places. From a small farm in Michigan to stages all over the world. I love to travel - and have spent the lats ten years of my life touring the globe playing music. My violin and I have seen some amazing places from the Great Wall of China, to the volcanoes of Bali. I have performed in forty-nine of fifty states (Alaska I am coming for you!), Asia, Europe. Central America, and Africa - pretty good for a farm girl from middle America. More about me? I love coffee, long runs, trees of all kinds, and my little fluffy black dog Annabelle and husband Martin. I play fiddle, mandolin, guitar, and sing. I am a total dork masquerading a put together adult, and green is my favorite color.

A bit about this site and my brand:

This website is the first step of a larger journey, full of lots exciting things to come. I hope this website will be a new place that I can engage with all of you, share newest content, a platform for authentic musical creation, connection and education. Expect updates about my musical projects, some new longer form blog posts, new music, creative ways to engage, and soon an educational platform!

Where to see me in concert:

The best way to see where I am, is to check out my events page. Here you can find an updated calendar format of where I will be performing and touring with various groups, as well as solo concerts, special events and workshops.

How to stay connected:

I share a lot of my most authentic and real time content on instagram, so that is a good place to start. This blog is designed to be a place to expand upon that, and also to share with you a bit more long form writing. Expect content about travel, life as a professional musician, educational material, and of course important news on new projects. You can find me through all the normal media channels: Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter. Also consider joining our special Fiddle Insiders facebook group. All of this and more can be found on my connect page.

That’s all for now. Comment bellow with any questions, or concerns.

I am so glad you are here, and thank you for taking the time to visit my site.
