  • We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll work to make it right.

    Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Digital goods, Lessons and other service based items, and final sale items are non-refundable.

    How Refunds Are Issued:

    • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

    • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • We currently only offer digital delivery for products and downloads.

  • We understand that plans change. Here’s how to cancel:

    Product Orders:

    • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us at [your email here].

    • After 12 hours, orders may have already been processed and shipped.

    Subscriptions or Services:

    • Subscription cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

    • Cancellations can be made via your account dashboard at any time or by contacting our support team.
